How can I view my booking?

After you book, we email you a confirmation with your trip details and confirmation number(s) to the email provided during the reservation process. If you did not receive a confirmation email or you can’t find it, please provide the email address associated with your itinerary below and click send itinerary:

 

Can I cancel my hotel reservation?

You may cancel a hotel reservation at any time, but please note that cancellations may incur cancelation fees which are determined by the property and listed in the terms and conditions you agreed upon when making the reservation. If you booked a free cancellation booking, you won’t pay a cancellation fee. If you want to cancel a reservation, please log into your account, go to my profile > my trips and select the cancel booking option. How do I know my reservation was successfully canceled?

After you cancel a reservation, you should receive an email within 24 hours confirming the cancelation. Any refund due, may take up to 7-10 business days to post in your account.

 

Can I modify my reservation?

Reservations can be modified; however, rates and availability are subject to change and terms, conditions and fees are determined by the property. To modify an existing reservation, please contact us at contactus@splendidvacations.com or 1-702-790-7182

 

Not showing without prior notice shall be considered a cancellation:

No show at the accommodation establishment without prior warning is considered a cancellation. Charges payable may range from the cost of one night to 100% of the cost of the booking. For early check-outs, the accommodation establishment may charge the full amount of the original booking, in which case reimbursement shall not apply.

 

Transportation Services:

Booking requests for transfers must be made at least 72 hours before the transfer time. Your voucher will show a contact telephone number of the local supplier providing the service. Modifications made less than 48 hours prior to the time of travel will be subject to confirmation and may incur additional charges.

 

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the time of travel. Refund of services depends on the cancellation policy. No reimbursements shall be made in the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the time of travel.

 

No-shows without prior warning shall be considered a cancellation and will be subject to a penalty of the full value of the reservation.

 

In the event of delays, cancellations or diversion, it is your responsibility to contact the service provider using the telephone number provided in the transfer voucher.
